Safety & Maintenance
Ground rods are typically 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch in diameter and 8 feet long. They are usually driven in the ground for grounding purposes at a depth of 7 feet to 7-1/2 feet for temporary use on construction sites. They can pose a dangerous hazard if not removed when construction is completed, and the temporary power pole is removed. GRP™ Ground Rod Puller™ is designed to remove these types of ground rods when using it properly and safely.
